Assistant Building Surveyor - Role Overview
* Support with managing building surveying projects from inception to completion
* Assist in preparing specifications, schedules of works, and reports
* Attend site visits and client meetings across education and commercial sectors
* Carry out condition surveys, defect analysis, and measured surveys
* Assist with contract administration and project delivery
* Work closely with senior surveyors and directors to develop technical competence
* Progress towards chartership and increased project responsibility
Assistant Building Surveyor - Requirements
* 1-3 years' experience (post-degree or through a placement year)
* Degree in Building Surveying (essential)
* Working towards RICS chartership (support provided)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Based within commutable distance to Bristol
* Eager to progress and committed to a long-term role
