Your role as Warehouse Administrator
* Control and Manage Inbound and Outbound Diary.
* Check all Inbound goods for discrepancies and communicate with Central Inventory.
* Manage and control all bonded stock through HMRC.
* File and maintain all Warehouse invoices and PO.
* Manage the return of leaker stock back to Bury St. Edmunds.
* Log and control pallets received from suppliers.
* Manage and control the outstanding orders process.

* Previous experience of working within an administrative role is required.
* To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised with proven ability to plan and prioritise your workload and work calmly and methodically in a busy environment.
* You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, notably Excel with strong attention to detail.

Company Description
As a Warehouse Administrator you will play key role in supporting the Eastwood Depot. Whether you're maintaining warehouse invoices or checking goods for discrepancies, you'll be an asset to your team. This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week, 8.30am-4.30pm Monday- Friday. As part of your contract, you will be required to work bank holidays and 3 Saturdays in December.
