We are currently recruiting for an Roster Clerk for a 6 month contract; Job Purpose To maintain effective and efficient employee rosters in compliance with relevant company standards, National Rostering Principles, competency requirements, and agreed Terms and Conditions of employment. This role ensures optimal coverage while supporting safety, performance, and workforce well-being. Key Responsibilities 1. Roster Management: Compile and publish agreed rosters using the corporate rostering tool, ensuring alignment with Maintenance Rostering Principles and company policies. 2. Weekly Scheduling: Prepare weekly duty rosters, covering all aspects such as sickness, annual leave, training, briefings, and special operational requirements. Liaise with line managers to ensure data accuracy. 3. Short Notice Changes: Manage and communicate short-notice roster changes. Liaise with affected employees and line managers to confirm changes verbally where required and resolve related queries promptly. 4. Medical & Interview Scheduling: Coordinate roster arrangements to accommodate medical examinations and staff interviews. 5. Training & Competency Compliance: Schedule rosters to align with safety-critical competence expiry dates, training plans, courses, and briefings.
