Internal Sales Executive
Location: Saepio - High Wycombe
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full Time (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)
Reporting To: Internal Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Work with account managers to ensure all quotes are raised and orders placed.
Help deliver solutions provided to customers to ensure value gained and risk reduction.
Help maintain customer service and satisfaction in the form of service reviews meetings.
Help support account managers with account strategies to improve customer relationships.
Manage any necessary administrative work for account managers.
Help facilitate the transition from the sales process to the customer success teams within Saepio's services and vendor partnerships.
Help manage contract renewals and uncover upsell opportunities.
Build relationships within partner community.
Work close with account managers to ensure sales targets are met.
Managing deal registrations and writing business justifications.
Identify process improvements that enhance business efficiency.
Qualifications
* Must have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer-facing role.
* Exerts attention to detail.
* Passion to learn, collaborate with colleagues and embrace the family culture.
* High motivation and ambition to build a fulfilling career.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver results.
* Must possess good organisational skills.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
