This is an exciting opportunity to join our Meallmore team as a Quality Support Advisor to support our 6 care homes across Aberdeenshire and our new flagship care home in Aberdeen City opening in 2026. Salary: £29,300 per annum pro-rata Hours: 18.75 hours working 3 days per week Paid mileage competitive benefits Your Role and Responsibilities Support continuous improvement across our services in the Aberdeenshire region through quality assurance, governance, support and advice. Be part of developing and updating clinical and care policies and ways of working to support implementation of best practice within our care homes. Be part of company initiatives to promote sector leading projects and innovation for continuous improvement. Analyse outcomes from KPI’s in the region to support and deliver against Service Improvement Plans. Be an advocate for residents and colleagues within your area. Support Care Home leaders where required to deliver against the Meallmore Quality Framework. Be an integral part of the Quality Team and support the Activity & Engagement, Learning & Development and Hospitality agendas for our services, as well as leading the implementation of quality strategy actions within the region. Lead by example through working with care home teams to showcase best practice, and complete relevant assurance tools to measure outcomes across your allocated services. Support the wider business, when necessary, against the priority needs of the business. What we are looking for Relevant nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RLDN) with current NMC registration. Proven care home management and leadership experience with well-developed clinical knowledge. A valid driving licence and use of a personal vehicle for work-related travel is essential (paid milage in accordance with HMRC mileage rates). Understanding of regulatory frameworks and legislation with knowledge of Care Inspectorate and National Health & Social Care Standards. Professional, compassionate, self-motivated and values driven. Confident in the use of IT applications including MS Teams, Word and Excel packages. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers.
