About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Framework Development Manager will be responsible for developing frameworks, including competency-based standards, self-assessments and learning programmes (curricula), that support the delivery of current and future strategic partnerships between CMI and public sector organisations. The ability to align client and business needs, manage projects, and engage with key public sector stakeholders is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Develop competency-based frameworks (including standards, self-assessment, and learning programmes) that align with existing frameworks to meet client and business needs.
* Lead on testing and iterations of client frameworks.
* Support the client in the implementation of their frameworks.
* Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Public Sector Engagement Manager to ensure project milestones are achieved within the specified timeline and budget.
* Support the Head of Strategic Partnerships to build and maintain strong relationships with key public sector clients.
* Lead and support development workshops and other engagement activities to foster collaboration and communication between partners and internal teams.
* Provide guidance and support to partners regarding the development of frameworks

* Demonstrable experience, at a senior level, in framework development, project management, and stakeholder relationships within or for the public sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Experience in supporting procurement processes.
* Experience in proposition development.
* Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with the demands and stresses this can create across small teams tasked with delivering customer value quickly.
* Excellent communication skills, collaborative and challenging
* Strategic thinking and a keen aptitude for problem-solving
