About The Role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the clinical care provided exceeds professional standards and complies with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. Your responsibilities include offering specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic, resident-centered care.
About You
HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and familiarity with the NMC code of practice. We value kindness above all, as it influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Our staff understand that residents are individuals with unique stories, and by joining HC-One, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate steps to take. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns are required.
