I'm working with a well‑established, reputable law firm in Gravesend that is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its thriving Private Client department. The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a highly regarded team handling a full range of private client matters, including:
* Estate and care fees planning
* Will drafting
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Court of Protection matters
* Trusts and trust administration
* Probate and estate administration
* Inheritance tax planning
* Charity‑related work
* Deputyships
STEP membership is desirable but not essential. The firm is very supportive of professional development and welcomes candidates currently studying toward STEP.
Who They’re Looking For
The firm seeks a solicitor with solid experience across wills, trusts, estates, and tax issues. You should be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and bring:
* Strong technical knowledge across private client work
* Excellent client care and communication skills
