About the Role
The Marketing Executive supports our UK&Ire Multifamily Customer Marketing Team in delivering marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting leasing efforts to ensure strong offline and online brand presence and high occupancy across our properties. You will work closely with the wider Marketing Teams and external agencies to execute marketing tasks.
In this role, you will be working across Greystar's UK Multifamily brands that include Momento, Bloom Nine Elms, Greenford Quay, Ten Degrees, Sailmakers. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation and resident engagement.
* Create and manage content for digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
* Monitor campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as engagement, lead conversion and ROI.
* Support day-to-day social media activities across brands, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
* Review, audit, update and maintain websites, ensuring listings, imagery / videography, blog content, and key pages are optimised for SEO and user experience.
* Develop engaging content, including blogs, resident comms, property descriptions and promotional materials.
* Support the design and production of marketing assets, including brochures, flyers and signage, working with our internal Design Team and external agencies.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
* Assist in executing marketing tasks to drive occupancy and retention, including 3D models, virtual tours, open house events and referral programs.
* Coordinate resident engagement initiatives such as placemaking & community events.
* Assist with budgeting and invoicing process, ensuring marketing expenses are tracked effectively.
* Organise team folders and manage digital assets libraries (images, videos, logos, brand guidelines)
* Support with PR coordination
About You
You're a creative marketer with ideally 2+ years' experience in real estate, BTR/PBSA, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and content creation, you know how to craft engaging campaigns that connect with audiences and deliver results.
You're confident using CMS platforms, scheduling tools and email marketing systems, with strong copywriting skills and a solid grasp of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising. Highly organised and collaborative, you thrive in fast paced environments, bringing energy, adaptability, and a flair for turning ideas into impact.
