We’re looking for a Wholesale Account Manager – Hospitality to help grow our presence across some of the UK’s most exciting hospitality venues. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven business and play a meaningful role in shaping how our coffee is experienced across cafés, restaurants, leisure spaces, and hotels.
As part of our B2B team, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key hospitality partnerships while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within carefully defined target segments. You’ll work closely with partners to understand their goals, deliver tailored solutions, and build long‑term relationships rooted in trust, quality, and shared ambition.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and bringing energy and ownership to everything they do. Working closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams, you’ll help ensure every partner receives outstanding support and every touchpoint reflects the quality, care, and personal approach that defines Naked Barista.
Whether you’re supporting an independent neighbourhood café or helping launch a new multi‑site hospitality group, you’ll play an important role in helping our partners serve better coffee while helping Naked Barista continue to grow in a way that stays true to our values.
As our Wholesale Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in growing and strengthening some of our most important hospitality partnerships across the South East and South West. From independent cafés and restaurants to hotels and leisure spaces, you’ll help our partners deliver exceptional coffee experiences while driving sustainable commercial growth for the business.
