This position plays a pivotal role in data production support related to carbon market activities. You are expected to help fulfil a variety of business-critical tasks across data, tech, operations and client support. The ideal candidate will play a central role in the daily functioning of our operations and will act as a liaison with our clients. This role reports to the Head of Operations in Singapore with a dotted reporting line to the Pricing and Index Director in London. Responsibilities Harmonize and consolidate data related to carbon markets. Prepare market reports using InDesign Upload data files to the warehouse, conduct operational checks, and prepare data files for daily dispatch to clients and partners. Serve as the primary contact for basic client queries related to Intelligence services, including but not limited to onboarding support, API-related issues, and client portal inquiries. Manage and maintain client information in Salesforce Extract and compile product usage analytics from delivery systems Provide basic troubleshooting of the production process following the internal guidebook. Be an essential information conduit between operations, tech, commercial, finance and pricing teams. Collaborate with tech, commercial, and pricing teams in both Singapore and London offices to resolve ad-hoc tasks. Requirements 2 years' experience in business operations, middle- or back-office or similar roles A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification Proficiency with outbound data delivery systems such as Pardot, API Experience in managing client data using Salesforce Detail-oriented and meticulous. Enjoys interaction with colleagues and clients. Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving skills and can-do mindset Experience or knowledge of commodity or financial markets is a plus.
