Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Process customer orders via phone, email, or digital platforms
2. Verify product codes, quantities, and delivery instructions
3. Schedule deliveries based on availability and route efficiency
4. Coordinate with planners, hauliers, and drivers
5. Track deliveries and resolve issues proactively
6. Maintain accurate data in planning or ERP systems
7. Report on volumes, performance, and transport KPIs
8. Ensure legal compliance (e.g. driver hours, weight limits)
9. Handle customer queries and escalate when needed
10. Support audit documentation
11. Drive continuous improvement
