Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders via phone, email, or digital platforms
* Verify product codes, quantities, and delivery instructions
* Schedule deliveries based on availability and route efficiency
* Coordinate with planners, hauliers, and drivers
* Track deliveries and resolve issues proactively
* Maintain accurate data in planning or ERP systems
* Report on volumes, performance, and transport KPIs
* Ensure legal compliance (e.g., driver hours, weight limits)
* Handle customer queries and escalate when needed
* Support audit documentation
* Drive continuous improvement
