Overview
We are currently recruiting for a talented Paralegal to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team in Liverpool. Supporting our fee earners, we are looking for those who have experience within a variety of matters in Clinical Negligence, such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, along with misdiagnosis. We’re looking for those who can manage disclosure, instructions and funding details. Other duties include instructing counsel and medical experts, attending various conferences and helping to quantify damages claims.
Responsibilities
* Support fee earners on Clinical Negligence matters, with experience in obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, and misdiagnosis.
* Manage disclosure, instructions and funding details.
* Instruct counsel and medical experts and attend conferences as required.
* Assist in quantifying damages claims.
