The Role
* Teaching Business Studies across KS4, with KS5 depending on experience
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
* Supporting pupils with exam preparation and coursework
* Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
* Contributing to curriculum planning within the Business department
* Working collaboratively within a successful and supportive department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject
* Experience teaching Business at KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
* High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and progress
* A professional, organised, and flexible teaching approach
