The IT Support Specialist provides essential technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems. This role involves maintaining system functionality and escalating complex issues as needed to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users.
2. Maintain and ensure the functionality of hardware and software systems.
3. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams or personnel.
4. Assist in the documentation of IT processes and solutions.
