The role supports hiring managers by sourcing and screening suitable applicants, managing an efficient and candidate-focused recruitment process, and facilitating a smooth transition from application to interview. In addition, the role oversees onboarding activities to ensure new employees are welcomed, prepared, and fully supported to succeed in their roles, contributing to Jasmine's overall mission and growth. Competencies for the Recruitment and Onboarding Support Role: Excellent communication skills with team members and applicants SMART objectives and goals focussed Good computer literacy, including use of outlook, word and some excel skills Flexible and adaptable Persistent and patient Self-motivated Organisation and Administration skills Team player Super Positive (as social care recruitment is difficult) Day to Day Responsibilities for the Recruitment and Onboarding Support Role: Build strong relationships with the home managers and keep totally up to date with their recruitment requirements Post and manage high volume job roles on Applicant Tracking System (and through this on all job boards and the Jasmine website) Screen large numbers of applications against role requirements, agreed criteria and Jasmine Values Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring events for multiple vacancies simultaneously working closely with hiring managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure all Onboarding processes are followed in line with the job description Ensure all Team Member files are constantly updated and are 100% compliant before agreeing a start date with the applicant Ensure Onboarding dashboard and New Team Member Audit reports are up to date and live at all times Essential Requirements for the Recruitment and Onboarding Support Role: 1 year's experience of internal recruitment 1 year's experience of onboarding including Right to work (RTW) compliance checks Experience of sourcing significant numbers of applicants Experience in working in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Preferred Requirements for the Recruitment and Onboarding Support Role: At least two years' experience of internal recruitment Experience of direct sourcing applicants Strong excel skills A little about Jasmine: By prioritising our people, our mission is to provide the highest standards of care to as many elderly residents as possible.
