We are seeking to appoint Associate Educational Psychologists to join our supportive and dedicated team. Our service is committed to the application of educational and psychological research to improve outcomes for children and young people. We promote the use of inclusive, evidence‑based practices to help children and young people overcome barriers to educational achievement, social and emotional well‑being and mental health.
Associate Educational Psychologists will mainly carry out statutory assessment work with schools and settings, with the possibility of other generic EP work as required.
We have a central base in County Hall, Morpeth, although many colleagues are currently home working. We offer hot‑desk facilities in other localities and work closely with other SEND services. The appointment is a casual contract with no obligation on either part to offer or accept work.
