About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs. You will help create a positive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued and can achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
Providing targeted support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Assisting in the delivery of differentiated learning activities
Supporting classroom management and behaviour strategies
Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils to reinforce learning
Helping to assess pupil progress and record observations
Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour across the school 
About You:

Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenEssential Requirements:
Experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting
A good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSEs or equivalent)
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDesirable:
Experience supporting children with SEND (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech & language needs)
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification)
