PA to Director (Innovation & Tech)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional PA to work within a leading international law firm within their glossy offices based in Macclesfield.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating internal and external client meetings ensuring facilities are booked accordingly
* Diary and inbox management
* Assisting Executives with the organisation of meetings including preparation of agendas
* Arranging travel bookings for both national and international travel
* Accurate use of their financial management system and internal document management system
* Preparing quarterly valuation reports and monthly portfolio templates, ensuring all materials are produced, bound, and distributed to a high standard
* Providing flexible support to the executive and PA team as needed
* Providing administrative support, including processing expenses and invoices
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a PA role, secretary or similar environment .
