Job Description
3. Manage all aspects of sales, from strategic planning to tactical implementation, within the Bangladesh market.
4. Develop the current short-term sales strategy to meet annual targets.
5. Create a long-term business plan to identify potential opportunities and targets for achieving future objectives.
6. Gain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, including customer needs, competitor activities, and product trends.
7. Proactively introduce new strategies to enhance market presence and boost sales volume.
8. Lead new business development efforts through fiber displacement and technical support initiatives.
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
The Successful Applicant
9. A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the pulp industry, including at least 5 years in sales.
10. Prior experience in hardwood/softwood sales .
11. Experience in sea freight logistics would be beneficial.
12. A strong network and in-depth understanding of the local pulp industry is preferred.
13. Prior experience in production or research within the pulp and paper sector is a plus.
14. Exceptional communication skills and experience working in a multinational corporate environment are highly valued.
