Who You Are An experienced and dedicated Social Worker who is passionate about achieving safe and positive outcomes for children and young people. You will work well in a team and adapt to different roles and environments within the Fostering Service. You have experience in recruitment, assessment, training, and support in the context of foster care. What the Job Involves As a Social Worker within the Fostering Service, you will be based in one of the four dedicated Hubs, with the possibility of moving between Hubs as required. You will play a key role in recruiting, assessing, training, and supporting foster carers including Generic, Champion, Connected, as well as families with Special Guardianship Orders, Supported Lodgings Hosts, and When I’m Ready Foster Carers.
