You will supervise your kitchen section and assist the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef with the operation of the kitchen to the highest standards laid down by the hotel. Chef de Partie Key Skills: NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, working in varied sections in a hotel or volume restaurant environment Have a desire to develop themselves and show passion and creativity in their work.
