Our client is a global insurance law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting a Healthcare / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join their Healthcare team in Belfast. The firm offers hybrid working and a competitive salary based on experience.
Your new role
You will handle your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish on behalf of NHS Resolution. This includes providing expert legal advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with ideally 0-4 years PQE. Applicants with more experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates from claimant or defendant backgrounds will be considered. Experience managing a high-volume clinical negligence caseload, along with strong advocacy and drafting skills, is essential.
