We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Hunter to spearhead new business growth in international markets (US/UK/Europe). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying prospects, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing net new B2B IT services business. This role demands strong communication, persistence, and strategic thinking, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a structured go-to-market plan for the assigned territory.
* Identify and engage new prospects, creating qualified sales opportunities.
* Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, building trust-based relationships.
* Nurture long-term client partnerships to drive successful sales closures.
* Develop a strong understanding of Ignitho's service offerings to position the right solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored solutions aligned with customer needs.
* Track, report, and communicate progress against quotas, targets, and initiatives to stakeholders.

* Proven experience in hunting and closing net new B2B IT services deals (US/UK/Europe).
