Temporary Administrator | East Lothian Your new company This prestigious research company based in East Lothian requires a hands-on Administrator to join its global, dynamic business. Your new role As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of administrative tasks. Providing excellent servicing to internal stakeholders, you will contribute to improving the operations. Key responsibilities include: Compile, format, and finalise study reports using sponsor templates with Word, publishing systems, and Adobe Acrobat. Integrate internal data, sub-reports, phase PDFs, and ancillary documents into main reports. Perform quality checks to ensure reports meet sponsor and regulatory standards, then dispatch electronically via email, portals, or transfer sites. Update the Report Progress Monitoring database to track on-time reporting metrics. Carry out general administrative duties as needed.
