JOB TITLE: Senior Proposition Manager - 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
SALARY: £76,100pa to £89,640pa (pro rata for the contract length).
LOCATION: Edinburgh.
HOURS: 35 hours, full time.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at the listed hub.

The Longstanding business area manages customer propositions for over 1.8 million customers with Life, Pension, Investment & Protection policies across Scottish Widows, Clerical Medical, and Halifax brands. Part of the Chief Customer Office and Longstanding Propositions in Insurance, Pensions & Investments division, we are currently undergoing a major customer service improvement programme. This role is a six-month fixed contract.
Your accountabilities will include:
* Developing and managing key digital deliverables for customers and intermediaries as part of the wider improvement programme.
* Supporting investigation of opportunities to leverage AI capabilities to drive business simplification.
* Managing cross-business resource support for projects.
* Contributing to wider Strategy Team activities.
About you
* Good core product knowledge across life, pensions, and investments.
* Experience in developing and implementing digital solutions for end customers and intermediaries.
* Background in transforming customer journeys.
* Excellent communication and relationship skills.
* Business and commercial insight.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Able to start quickly and adapt.
* Experience with end customer and intermediary solutions is preferable.
