From kitchens and bathrooms to roofs and major component replacements, youll oversee end-to-end deliverybalancing performance, cost, and customer satisfaction.Youll lead a team of surveyors, manage contractors, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence across all workstreams.What Youll Be DoingLeading the delivery of large-scale planned maintenance and investment programmes (10m15m)Managing budgets, forecasting, and driving cost efficiency without compromising qualityOverseeing contractors and supply chains to meet KPIs, compliance, and service standardsDriving programme planning, resourcing, and scheduling to minimise disruption to residentsEnsuring full compliance with health & safety legislation, including CDM regulationsManaging risks, resolving issues, and maintaining robust governance across programmesLeading, inspiring, and developing a team of surveyors to deliver high performanceBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersChampioning a resident-first approach, handling complex issues and improving satisfactionDriving continuous improvement through data-led decision-making and innovationWhat Were Looking ForWere seeking a confident, experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment:Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in construction, building, or a related disciplineProven track record delivering large-scale planned works programmes at senior levelStrong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing substantial budgetsExperience leading and developing teams, with a people-first leadership styleBackground in contractor, commercial, or property management within social housingIn-depth knowledge of health & safety and regulatory requirements, including fire safetyDemonstrable success in driving transformation, efficiencies, and service improvementsAbility to manage complex stakeholder relationships and politically sensitive issuesThis is a hybrid role enabling you to base yourself from home.
