Overview We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Manager to take responsibility for our childrens home and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. Skills & Experience Required: Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a staff team, with strong supervision and performance management skills. Safeguarding Expertise: Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection legislation, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead where required. Regulatory Knowledge: Clear understanding of Ofsted inspection frameworks, Childrens Homes Regulations (2015), and Quality Standards. Operational Management: Skilled in managing rotas, budgets, policies, and ensuring effective record-keeping and reporting. Communication & Partnership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, families, social workers, and external agencies. Qualifications & Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete). Minimum 4 years experience in a senior role within a childrens residential setting. Full UK driving licence. Right to work
