Salary: £460 – £650 per week

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes when teachers are absent, ensuring students stay on task and engaged with their learning. You will play a key role in maintaining classroom standards, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting a structured and effective learning environment throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes according to lesson plans provided by teachers.
* Ensure students remain engaged, on task, and behave appropriately.
* Support teachers by maintaining high classroom standards in their absence.
* Report on student behaviour, engagement, and any incidents.
* Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN coordinators, and other school staff.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in schools or classroom supervision preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage behaviour effectively and maintain classroom focus.
* Professional, reliable, and confident approach.
* Adaptable and comfortable working with groups of students.
