How the Alumni Program Works

2. Assessment: Complete our straightforward selection process.
3. Training: Attend mthree Academy’s online training (6-8 weeks), focusing on Java or other languages our clients need.
4. Placement: Join a global organization for 24 months.
5. Permanent Role: Most of our graduate’s transition into permanent roles with their client post-program.
