Job Summary
We're looking for a Business Services Lead to join the North Warwickshire Portfolio of properties – Charlecote Park, Baddesley Clinton and Packwood. You will work closely with your property colleagues, focusing on core business services that support all departmental functions alongside a team of office volunteers. You will need to travel between all three properties on a regular basis and be flexible to meet the business needs. Regular weekends, bank holidays and peak business times will also be required. The role includes the duty position of Site Lead, with an active role in keeping the whole property running smoothly and delighting our visitors.

What It’s Like to Work Here
Reporting to the Property Operations Manager, you will lead the business services department across the three sites and have direct line management of a Business Services Assistant. You will assist the Property Operations Manager with daily business and provide support to the Senior Leadership team with facilitation, minute‑taking, confidentiality and discretion. You will be part of a friendly, high‑functioning team passionate about conserving special places, putting visitors first and delivering exceptional service internally and externally.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for accurate record‑keeping and data management, financial management and reporting – including banking, petty cash and supporting the team with compliance and administrative tasks. You will manage systems and processes, lead training as needed, and champion best practice in business services. You will challenge processes and procedures when change is needed to adapt our new ways of working and the newly structured portfolio.

* Experienced in leading business services, including office supervision
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently
* Flexible and customer‑focused
* Capable of multitasking and managing own priorities and workload
* Well organized and attentive to detail
* Good IT skills
