Offer occasional on-site IT support during business trips in Europe. What We're Looking For: Professional Experience: Previous IT support experience in a professional services environment, ideally within the legal sector. Technical Skills: Strong Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Microsoft Teams. Experience with Legal systems like iManage, Intapp, Elite 3e, BigHand Familiarity with Windows operating systems, iOS device support, and hardware troubleshooting.
