Lead the delivery of accurate financial statements and consolidated UK reporting Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles Partner with the Site Director and leadership team to drive strategy and profitability Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and IFRS/GAAP standards Lead and develop a talented UK finance team across management accounting, costing, and reporting Deliver monthly performance analysis, highlighting key trends, KPIs, and actionable insights Provide robust financial modelling on capital investments and strategic initiatives Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across finance processesAbout You We’re looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and leadership flair.
