About the Role:
We are seeking adetail-oriented and proactive Pricing Analyst to join our dynamicteam. In this role, you will ensure the accurate management offlexible trades, update our Pricing & Billing system, and provideessential support to the wider business.
Your expertise willhelp our customers manage their flexible trade positionseffectively.
This is a Hybrid role assigned to our Leeds officewhere the successful candidate would be based two days a week. Onoffer is a competitive salary and benefits package
KeyResponsibilities:
* Calculate and update data inrelevant systems for invoicing Electricity & Gas flexible importcustomers.
* Regularly update and circulate information on Gasand Electricity flexible trades to customers and the business.
* Maintain and validate prices, standing data, and calculationsfor renewable export quotes and invoice validation.
* Continuously review and improve processes, focusing on systemautomation.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure excellentcustomer service and resolve issues.
* Provide subject matterexpertise for projects and product development.
* Adhere to anddevelop internal processes, policies, and risk frameworks.
* Communicate and manage economic, market, and regulatoryissues impacting pricing.
* Provide KBI/KPI data to managecosts and charges effectively.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; expert in MicrosoftExcel (VBA/SQL) is essential.
* Modelling skills in Python aredesirable.
* Ability to devise and implement solutions tocomplex problems.
* Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
* Understanding of economic, market, and regulatoryissues impacting pricing.
* Knowledge of retail products andcommodity markets.
* Awareness of risk management techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline,or specific related experience.
* Proven ability to analyselarge data sets.
* Experience with retail pricing techniquesand systems.
* Experience managing and influencing in aregulatory environment.
* Strong methodology documentation andprocess management skills.
* Demonstrated success in a complexenvironment.
