We are looking to recruit four enthusiastic, committed and experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioners who have a passion to develop others, to join our Service Improvement team. This role will be specifically focus on service improvement across children’s services, working alongside frontline teams to model good practice, as well as provide support through focused development work with services, teams and members of staff, to achieve the best outcomes for Dudley children and families. The Service Improvement Team consists of a Service Lead, 1 Team Manager and 2 Advanced Social Work Practitioners. We will work closely with Dudley Centre for Professional Practice.
