Willow Family Care is preparing to open our brand new children's home in Worthing this autumn — and we're proud to say we've built a team of passionate, caring, and down-to-earth individuals who are ready to do things differently.
Now, we're looking for one more Senior Residential Support Worker to join us and help shape the heart of the home from day one.

You'll be joining at a pivotal moment — helping to open the home, shape the culture, and create something meaningful for both the children and the people who care for them.
Worthing (Durrington)
* £31,469 – £34,823 (inclusive of enhancements)
* Full time | Includes an average of 2 sleep-ins per week
* Home opens end September/early October 2025

What we're looking for:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* A calm, confident presence and strong leadership skills
* Someone who believes in people over profit
* A genuine passion for creating safe, stable, and supportive environments for young people
