About the Role
We are looking for a smart, savvy, and entrepreneurial sales growth professional to take full ownership of our most valuable client relationships. This is a sales and relationship growth role – not back‑office administration. You will spend your day talking directly to VIPs and High Net Worth individuals, building genuine rapport, spotting opportunities, and driving revenue through conversation. You may come from a generalised sales background – and that’s fine. What matters is that you’re naturally commercial, highly personable, and confident picking up the phone. You don’t need to be a technical or analytical specialist. You need to be someone who can build trust quickly, think on your feet, and convert relationships into results. You will also lead a small team, but your primary tool is your own sales ability. You will thrive in a fast‑moving, performance‑driven environment where your energy, intelligence, and people skills determine your success.
Key Responsibilities
* VIP Client Growth: Personally manage and grow a portfolio of the company’s highest‑value clients through daily outbound calls and WhatsApp engagement.
* Direct Sales & Rapport Building: Talk to VIPs all day – build genuine relationships, understand their needs, and drive revenue through upsells, retention, and reactivation.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of account executives to support your VIP portfolio.
* Ownership of Results: Take full accountability for revenue growth, client retention, and lifetime value from your portfolio.
* Smart Prioritisation: Use simple data and reporting tools to track performance and focus your energy where it matters most.
* Flexible Engagement: Be available outside standard hours when needed – VIPs expect responsiveness, and you’ll have the autonomy to manage this, often from home.
