We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for patient safety, experience, and clinical governance to join NHS Golden Jubilee.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute within the Clinical Governance Department, supporting feedback, claims, and adverse events management. The post involves providing assistance and advice to staff, patients, and visitors as needed.
Primarily dealing with feedback and complaints, the role also links to our adverse event management system. Responsibilities include performing quality control checks and liaising with colleagues on risk and adverse event management.
The post holder will contribute to designing systems and processes that comply with national requirements, supporting feedback, claims, and adverse events management, including contact with the procurator fiscal and supporting Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAI). Additionally, the role involves supporting clinical governance forums.
