Health and Wellbeing Coach

Field based with travel across Humber and North Yorkshire
Hourly rates: £20.83 (group sessions), £12.24 (admin sessions)

Our experienced team focuses on making communities healthier by encouraging sustained behaviour change in areas like weight management, smoking cessation, diabetes care, cardiovascular health, and health coaching & social prescribing. We guide service users to make lasting changes, turning science into healthy habits for long-term health benefits.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial assessments, including measurements and questionnaires.
2. Deliver group sessions on nutrition, physical activity, and behaviour change.
3. Support service users in achieving their goals.
4. Maintain accurate data records for caseloads.
5. Engage with service users to ensure adherence and reduce dropouts.
6. Conduct risk assessments for delivery venues as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
* Relevant health and wellbeing qualification (e.g., degree, diploma) in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Psychology, Sport Science, or a CIMSPA Level 3 fitness qualification.
* Strong presentation and organizational skills.
* Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
