As a Fabric Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services that exceed their expectations.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRespond to reactive works and ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales\nLiaise with clients' representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication\nConduct site surveys and produce detailed reports, method statements, and risk assessments for planned works\nRepair and replace floor and wall coverings, ceiling tiles, and other building and installation works as required\nMaintain lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes, and basic plumbing requirements\nUtilize our cutting-edge PDA system to complete works, key communications, and updates\nComplete reactive, PPM jobs, and projects in a timely manner\nUndertake minor projects works and ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work RegulationsWhat We're Looking For:\n\nPrevious experience in fabric, carpentry, or a related trade\nPainting and decorating experience\nExperience with fire doors\nProven track record of working in high-profile work environments\nCity & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in carpentry\nCurrent UKL driver's license\nExcellent PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly\nStrong customer relationship skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, instructions, and processes\nSelf-motivated and organized, with a strong attention to detail\nExperience of H&S procedures and requirements, including COSHH, Working at Heights, and Risk AssessmentWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nOpportunities for career growth and professional development\nCollaborative and dynamic work environment\nRecognition and rewards for outstanding performance\nComprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your roleHow to Apply:\n \nIf you're a motivated and experienced Fabric Technician looking for a new challenge, please submit your application
