Salary: £13.50 - £16.67 per hour (pay increases to £16.67 after 12 weeks)
Must have own transport to get to site.
Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting for a Driver's Mate & Furniture Assembler to join a busy delivery team on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent communication skills and a smart appearance are essential. You will be representing both the client and Pin Point Recruitment in customers' homes, delivering high-value furniture that many customers have been waiting weeks to receive.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting drivers with the delivery of premium furniture
* Loading and unloading goods safely and securely
* On-site assembly of items (tables, ottoman, bedsteads, recliner suites, etc.)
* Providing professional, friendly customer service in customers\' homes
* Ensuring high standards of health & safety are always maintained
Skills Required
* Smart appearance with strong customer service skills
* Willingness to learn and apply common sense to flat-pack assembly
* Previous experience in delivery or assembly is beneficial but not essential
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Must have transport to site and not be reliant on public transport
