Experienced Mental Health and Complex Care Support Workers required to support Supported Living and Complex Care services within the Staffordshire, Shropshire, and Tamworth area.
12-hour and 10-hour shifts available across Long Days and Waking Night Shifts.
The suitable Support Worker will:
* Have worked a minimum of 6 months with recent experience working within the UK.
* Due to the support needs required, it is imperative that you have experience in the below:
* Support experience of Autism, Learning Disabilities, providing Personal Care, Administering Medication, Complex Care, Epilepsy, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Disabilities, Mental Health, Self-harm, and Sensory impairments.
* Complex Care experience of: Catheter Care, Manual Handling, Tracheostomy Care, Nasogastric Tube Feeding, Spinal Care, Ventilation, Bowel Care / Stimulation, Parenteral nutrition care.
* Lone working or working as part of a team.
* Have a flexible approach to work.
* Have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives.
* Able to comfortably travel to services within this location.
