It's scaling quickly while staying true to its core belief that business can and should be a force for good and as a result of their growth, they are now looking for a Product Designer to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Position Overview:
As a Product Designer (CRM), you will be responsible for translating ideas into visually appealing and functional designs that delight users. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will support the company's CRM function by taking key initiatives from the CRM roadmap and creating email templates and landing page designs that bring these ideas to life. Your work will play a crucial role in engaging users and driving the company's social impact mission.
Responsibilities:
* Create email templates and landing page designs that bring key CRM initiatives to life
* Collaborate with teams across the organisation to define product requirements and user needs
* Work closely with the CRM development team to ensure accurate and efficient design implementation
* Advocate for user-centred design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation and creativity
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in design
We're keen to speak with you if you have:
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
* Experience working on CRM initiatives, with a focus on creating visually appealing and engaging designs
* An ability to create powerful and compelling stories through the use of data and design
* Proficiency in Figma, the company's design tool of choice
