Private Client Paralegal – £30,000 plus DOE + Benefits – Medway, Kent

We are now seeking a Private Client Paralegal, Solicitor, or Legal Executive to join our growing department. You will be an integral member of our busy Private Client team, working closely with the Head of Department and colleagues across the firm. Responsibilities
* Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Deputyship Applications
* Handling Probate matters, including intestacy, from start to finish with minimal supervision
* Preparing documents and managing files using the case management system
* Assisting fee earners and taking on your own fee-earning work
* Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
* Liaising with third parties where required

The Person
We are looking for someone who can:
* Demonstrate 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role running their own caseload
* Stay organised and manage deadlines effectively
* Communicate confidently with clients, colleagues, and third parties
* Prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
* Use MS Office packages with ease
