Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Filing Administrator for one of our clients based in the Birmingham area. As a Filing Administrator you will be responsible for helping the Administration Team with dealing with a backlog of filing. This role is a temporary role, covering long term illness.
Filing Administrator Responsibilities:
General Filing
Maintain, update, and improve filing systems
Communicate with team effectively to tackle due tasks
Data entry
Filing Administrator Details:
Location: Birmingham (B60)
Pay: £13 PH
Schedule: 08:00 – 05:00 Monday to Thursday and then 08:00 – 03:00 on Friday
Duration: Temporary (illness cover)
Filing Administrator:
Prior experience in a Data Entry / Filing Administrator role
Must be able to work well as part of a team
Good written and spoken English skills
PC Literate
