Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £42,000+

We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Enfield. If you have sales experience in any sector – whether it's cars, furniture, phones, or design – we'll provide all the training you need to succeed in this creative and rewarding role.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading and supporting a team of designers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Guiding customers through the process of creating their dream kitchen or bedroom, from initial consultation to completion.
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless design journey.
* Offering tailored advice on layouts, finishes, and functionality to meet customers' needs.
* Staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in kitchen and bedroom design.

* Previous sales experience in any field – training on design and product knowledge will be provided.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop a high-performing team.
