What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
* Working closely with class teachers (and the SENCO if applicable) to support all pupils
* Bringing patience, kindness, and a can-do attitude to every interaction
What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting children in EYFS-Year 6
* SEN experience is a huge bonus, but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working with children
* Reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude
