* 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding
* Team leadership and customer service

* Product knowledge
* Good English skills/understanding
* Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team
* Understanding the store´s needs and acting accordingly
YOUR ACTIVITIES:
* Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store
* Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service
* Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times incl. Visual Merchandising standards, Replenishment, and Customer service to create the best shopping experience for the consumer
