We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager for our Midlands Region, based on the premier development ‘The Asps’ in Warwick. Our Assistant Site Managers have a varied role, with no two days ever the same.
Supporting the Site Manager and deputising in their absence, you will supervise all employed and sub-contract personnel on site. A passion for construction is key, as no two days are alike. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach are important, as you will liaise with a wide range of people, from construction professionals to customers. Main Duties
* Work with the Site Manager to supervise all employed and sub-contract labour on site.
* Coordinate sub-contractors and material deliveries to ensure efficient build processes, quality, and schedule adherence.
* Schedule work to meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
* Ensure work methods are performed correctly.
* Assist with pre-completion inspections of properties with purchasers.
* Support the sales team by preparing and maintaining show homes as needed.
* Assist the Customer Care Team in completing maintenance works professionally and efficiently.
* Attend necessary meetings related to your duties.
* Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
* Perform any additional tasks reasonably required.
Essential Skills / Attributes
* Experience on a new build residential construction site.
* SMSTS certification and First Aid qualification.
* Knowledge of Site Health and Safety regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret designs and drawings.
* Commercial awareness.
* Excellent attention to detail and a drive to succeed.
