Support of shift start-ups, changeovers, and handovers.
Basic fault-finding and escalation through the appropriate channels.
Participation in cross-training across mixing, automated production lines, and packing, with cover provided where required.

Work carried out in line with safe systems of work.
Compliance with PPE, health & safety, food safety, and accreditation requirements, including batch control and date coding.
Reporting of hazards, near misses, and unsafe behaviours.
Maintenance of clean, organised, and audit-ready work areas.

Positive attitude and strong team mindset.
Willingness to learn and operate flexibly across bakery activities.
Calm and focused approach under pressure with good attention to detail.
Structured, disciplined working style with a commitment to high standards.
